The technical solution adopted by the winch machine is that the winch machine includes a winding head device, a winding collection device, a traction device, a metal belt winding device, a non-metal winding device and a release rack device, one end of the traction device is connected with the winding head device, and the other end of the traction device is sequentially connected with the metal belt winding device, the non-metal winding device, the winding collection device and the release rack device.
The traction device includes a rotating body, a front support frame and a rear support frame. The front support frame is provided with a rotating air intake device, and the rear support frame is provided with a transmission device; the two ends of the rotating body are respectively installed on the front and rear support frames, and Connected with the transmission device; the rotating air intake device is respectively connected with the two cylinders and provides air source for them; upper and lower brackets are symmetrically arranged between the upper and lower beams; the upper and lower brackets are respectively provided with multiple sets of upper and lower compression seats; the bottom of the upper and lower compression seats are provided with parallel compression rollers; the upper and lower brackets are connected with the upper and lower tension wheels through a connecting rod device; each beam traction belt suit on the tension wheels at both ends of each beam is located between the upper and lower clamping seats. The movable ends of the two cylinders are respectively connected with the upper and lower brackets, after the cable is fed into the traction device, the upper and lower cylinders respectively drive the upper and lower supports to move inward or outward. In addition, each set of upper and lower clamping seats on the winch and the lower bracket synchronously push the traction belt to clamp the cable under the action of the linkage device, which also makes the upper and lower tension wheels relax or tension at the same time, thereby ensuring The tension of the traction belt on the upper and lower tension pulleys.
The rotating body of the winch rotates synchronously with the disc torsion head under the drive of the transmission device. The transmission device includes a synchronous belt wheel and a differential synchronous belt wheel, which are used for traction rotating body transmission and traction power transmission. The traction device adopts a synchronous belt structure, which has stable transmission and low noise. In addition, the inner side wall of the traction belt is provided with a convex wedge, and the pressure roller is provided with a wedge groove matched with the wedge. When the pressure roller pushes the traction belt to tighten the cable, the wedge on the inner side wall of the belt and the wedge groove on the circumferential wall of the pressure roller can prevent the traction belt from slipping and deviating.
In summary, the winch has a simple structure, simplifies the structure of the original large-tonnage rotating crawler traction device, is small in size, easy to maintain, and the traction belt is not easy to deviate.
