3. According to the specifications of the steel strand, adjust the tension of the wire to the appropriate value.
4. Select the middle copper wire to pass through the counting needle.
5. Reasonably separate the wires on the distribution frame, and adjust the distribution frame and the twist mold to a suitable position.
6. Select the appropriate crimping die to ensure that the copper wire is smooth and free from jumping strands and scratches.
7. The roller through which the copper wire passes rotates flexibly, and the copper wire at each roller is not loose.
8. There is no foreign matter in the machine, the coiler is installed firmly, and the protection signal feedback (sensor detector) is intact.
