What are the main points of operation of the cable-forming machine? Let's analyze it together.
1. Prepare before starting up. 1) First check the lubrication of all rotating parts of the cable machine. Whether the position of the shift handle is in place, whether all parts of the machine are normal, whether the torsion pendulum is flexible, whether the torque latch is placed correctly, whether the cradle bolts are tightened, whether all devices are in good condition, and run slowly after inspection. 2) According to the product specifications to be produced, prepare insulated wire cores, fillers, packaging belts, steel belts and other materials, and the quality of the materials meets the process requirements. 3) According to the product process requirements, put the cable core that needs to be kinked on the frame, choose to use kink or anti-kink, and then guide the steel wire core from the wire plate to the front of the splitter plate, and pass through the wire mold after manual kinking. Use the traction cable to pull out the cable head. At this time, make the machine run slowly. The cable drawn out is long enough to wind the traction wheel.
2, boot. 1) Turn off the corresponding network before starting up, press the bell after starting up, and notify the on-site staff to leave the dangerous area. 2) With a certain tension on the cable, start the wire torque motor, and then start the kink cage. First, run slowly to ensure that the pitch and diameter of the pending cable meet the process requirements, and then pass the kink wire through the side plate hole of the cable tray through the cable rack, Normal production. When changing specifications, check the pitch of cable, wrapping and armor, the direction and appearance quality of cable and wrapping. 3) In the process of cable production, the mold is appropriately selected, and the selective mold is required to obtain a reasonable cable outer diameter without damaging the insulated core. The round cable forms the cable without twisting or twisting. The cable gap is filled with glass fiber tape. On the filler connector, tie a small strand gap to ensure that the outer diameter is not partially thick. The outside of the cable core shall be wrapped with a layer of alkali tape, the battery shall be tight, not peeled, and the joint of the battery shall be smooth and round. The cable core connector shall not exceed the outer diameter of the cable, and the connector shall be clearly marked. 4) When wearing gloves, the mold and steel belt are tight and close to the inner lining. The strip of the cable forming machine is more than 1/3 of the bandwidth, the upper and lower strips cannot coincide, the upper and lower edge tower cover cannot be less than 15% of the bandwidth, and the tension of the two strips is uniform. The steel strip shall be leveled with wooden sticks, and the steel strip joints shall be welded with spot welding machine, and the welding spots shall be continuous. Cable insulated wire core connectors shall be clearly marked.
3. Downtime. 1) When it is shut down, each switch returns to the starting position and turns off the power. 2) Insulated wire core, cable core made of cable, battery layer and armor layer shall be free from moisture and oil. Avoid breaking losses. 3) Cables of different specifications cannot be wrapped in the same plate. The distance between the outer cable layer of each plate and the edge of the side circuit board is more than 50mm, and each completed cable worker must go through self-inspection and pass. Hang up the process flow card and hand over the next process.
4. Precautions. 1) After starting up, if no one can enter the restricted area to replace the ship board, you must first pull the brakes, turn off the power, and then replace the ship board. In case of electrical failure, after the production is completed, the power is cut off first and then leave the site. 2) Turn off the power supply first during the maintenance of the cable machine, and enter the site only after the car stops. It is not allowed to repair while producing. During the maintenance, it is necessary to specially manage the electrical parts or lock the electrical box to prevent accidents.
